The story of a guerilla movie should be created on the fly, like a creative documentary. Because it takes money, lots of money -- sometimes millions -- to create a movie based on a detailed screenplay. So from the get-go you know you can't do that, and in fact it's more artistic to create the story as you go.
The story itself is not important; it's you, you are what's important, what you want to say, what you want to show -- it's the movie that you want to make, that's the story. You are the story. You will most likely spend a year or two on this story, so it better be about you, and what you think, and how you feel....
So, what happens now? How do you proceed? You get a couple of actors and develop the story as you shoot.
